POOL MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

WELCOME

This facility is placed here specifically for the use of Silver Springs club members, property owner and residents of the development and their escorted guests.  Please read and observe all rules. Strict observance of all rules is an absolute necessity for the safety and enjoyment of yourself and others.
GENERAL RULES 
  1.       WARNING! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!
  2.       Persons with contagious or infectious health conditions are not allowed to attend the pool area.
  3.       All persons should take a shower prior to entering the water.
  4.       No children in diapers allowed in the pool area. Children of diaper wearing age must wear ‘littleswimmer’ type pants covered by proper swimwear.
  5.       Proper swimwear must be worn by all swimmers. (No cut-offs, etc.)
  6.       Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  7.       Children 13 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
  8.       No diving allowed!
  9.       No running or other boisterous activity or screaming.
  10.       No glass articles, sharp objects, or other hazardous objects inside fenced pool area.
  11.       No smoking or tobacco use of any type.
  12.       No chewing gum.
  13.       No animals.
  14.       Pool hours 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
  15.       Adult only exercise time daily from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.
  16.       Observe bather guest policies.
  17.       Maximum bather load 100.
  18.       Water games and toys are not allowed. Small toys can damage the filter system if left in the pool.
  19.       The management has the right to ask anyone to leave for non-compliance with the above rules.
  20.       Bathrooms are located inside the Clubhouse. Please dry completely off before entering the clubhouseto use the facilities. Shirt, Shorts or Cover up must be worn at all times inside the clubhouse.
  21.       Children 18 and under and living with parents can enjoy benefits of Property Owner’s membership
  22.       Grandchildren 15 and under will be Free to swim at the pool if their grandparents are property owners and the grandparents are present.
  23.       Guest Fee is $5.00 per person, must have a sign release form and be accompanied by the property owner.

GUEST BATHER POLICY 
Residents are responsible for the conduct of their family and guests.  A resident may bring 1 bathing guest per attending family member with a maximum of 4 guests per attending family.  The daily fee per bathing guest is $5 per day and must be collected in the clubhouse along with the completed guest form “prior” to entering the pool area.  A resident may bring multiple non-bathing guests to observe bathers without charge.  (If you are wearing swimwear, you must pay as a bathing guest.)  The penalty for violating the guest bather policies will result in the guest bather’s suspension from the pool for the remainder of the season and the responsible resident household having their pool privileges suspended also.
